I discovered the best cure for a hangover, like, ever!!!

Summer seems to, once again, have flown by.  I can’t believe it’s September!  I’ve been so busy over the last few weeks, that I’m only now getting down to telling you about what was in my sweet August Snackbox.  There were definitely a few favourites…

King Island 100% Pure Coconut Water & Ener-C.  Okay, so I’m not a huge coconut water fan.  I actually can’t stand it.  However, I attended one of my best friend’s weddings last month and, holy crap, I had a mother of a hangover the next day.  Searching around my kitchen for something to cure me, I gravitated towards my Snackbox.  Logic told me that the electrolytes from the coconut water paired with the vitamin C in the Ener-C would be a winning combination.  People, I am telling you, this was the ticket.  Set me right for the rest of the day.  Now I plan to always have both on hand for the morning after big nights out forever more.

Lundberg Rice Chips (Santa Fe BBQ flavour).  These were amazing.  I am a massive BBQ lover…but I really have to lay off the Lays, yo.  From now on, these will be my go to BBQ chips.  Gluten-free, organic and no GMOs make these a no-brainer of an alternative.

Rocket Oatmeal.  I brought this little tub to work one morning when I was in such a rush that I had no time to eat (geez…like that never happens).  Usually, I would grab something gross like Starbucks banana bread or not eat at all.  Having something filling and wholesome that was easy to pack and go was such a great feeling.  It kept me going all morning.

Mya’s Crunch.  I’m not going to lie.  I ate the entire bag of this delicious treat within an hour of opening it.  Made with real Belgian chocolate, dried cranberries, orange essence and crispy rice this bag of goodness seriously fed every one of my sweet cravings.  I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be enjoyed in moderation, but eff it…this was sooooo damn good that I couldn’t stop eating it.

Hippie Foods Granola.  I can feed this to my kids and tell them the little nuggets are cookies.  They LOVE this stuff.  Seriously, everything I’ve tried from Hippie Foods in my Snackboxes has been phenomenal.
